Arthur Lange works an an Operations Team Leader and has been the Berg Pipe for 19 years. Arthur was nominated for his willingness to provide help in any situation. He has a sincere concern for everyone he works with. He takes time to provide guidance, additional training, or answer any questions for coworkers. Arthur communicates effectively to ensure his team understands the challenges they face and the company’s objectives. This provides his team a sense of empowerment that’s so important to all of us: knowing our contributions are making a difference. Arthur encourages those on his team and takes a positive approach to resolving issues. In his new role as a Team Leader, Arthur has expanded upon his outstanding work ethic, proving he is a true leader.
Mobile’s Employee of the Year: Jason Lee!
Berg Pipe Mobile would like to recognize the outstanding efforts by our 2018 Employee of the Year, Jason Lee. Jason works as a Spiral Forming machine operator and has been with the company for 7 years. Jason is recognized for his dedication to training new employees on this important manufacturing equipment which positively impacts the company’s production efficiency. Jason provides a great foundation and a positive standard for his fellow Berg Pipe team members.
